摘  要:为解决施工现场对工控系统模拟量回路的修正问题,研究使用1张定制的EXCEL表格、1台过程检验仪和1台带有WINCC人机界面的上位机完成工业控制系统电流输出模块输出值修正的方法和流程。首先,搭建专用实验平台,仿真工控系统中直流电流信号工作电路;然后,测定电流输出模块的输出死区,记录电流输出模块输出值和执行器目标输出电流值的对应关系;最后,将计算过程输入到EXCEL表格中,求解验证修正公式。实验结果表明,根据执行器目标输出电流值修正计算出的电流输出模块输出值,能使执行器达到更高的执行精度,比较方便快捷地解决了现场调试阶段电流输出模块输出值的分析和修正。In order to solve the problem of correcting the analog loop of the industrial control system in the construction site,the method and process of correcting the output value of the current output module of the industrial control system using a customized excel table,a process tester and a host computer with WINCC human-computer interface are studied.Firstly,a special experimental platform is built to simulate the working circuit of DC current signal in the industrial control system.Then,the output dead zone of the current output module is measured,and the corresponding relationship between the output value of the current output module and the target output current value of the actuator is recorded.Finally,the calculation process is input into the excel table,and the verification correction formula is solved.The experimental results show that the calculated output value of the current output module is corrected according to the target output current value of the actuator,which can make the actuator achieve higher execution accuracy,and more conveniently and quickly solve the analysis and correction of the output value of the current output module in the field commissioning stage.
