摘  要:煤炭无人值守计量智能发运平台中容易出现作弊漏洞,为解决上述问题,研究智能发运自动防作弊技术。详细分析无人值守智能快速发运平台结构框架,在发运现场安装语音信号盒,在煤炭缓冲仓中安装汽车衡、电子计量秤上配备传感器,通过电阻应变器转换信号,实现精确化远程计量。利用PLC控制给煤机和皮带运转,在汽车衡上安装成对红外线对射装置,感应车辆称重情况,并抓拍识别驾驶人员面部图像。利用射频远距离识别卡读取车辆电子号牌,实现载重比对、路径检查以及号牌确定。若发现计量或识别异常,将作弊结果记录保存并发出告警信息,防止作弊。经过实验证明,该技术能及时监测到作弊行为并实施防御警报动作,鲁棒性较好。In order to solve the above problems,an automatic anti cheating technology is developed.The structural framework of the unattended intelligent rapid shipping platform is analyzed in detail.The voice signal box is installed at the shipping site,the truck scale is installed in the coal buffer bin,and the sensors are equipped on the electronic weighing scale.The signals are converted by the resistance strain gauge to achieve accurate remote measurement.The coal feeder and belt operation are controlled by PLC,and the paired infrared radiation device is installed on the truck scale to sense the weighing of the vehicle,the driver's face image is captured and recognized.And the electronic number plate of the vehicle is read by the radio frequency remote identification card to realize the load comparison,route inspection and number plate determination.If the measurement or identification is abnormal,the cheating result record is saved and the alarm information is issued to prevent cheating.The experimental results show that the technology can detect the cheating behavior in time and implement the defense alarm action,and has good robustness.
