摘  要:为解决整体预制盖梁吊装质量大、难以实现预制装配等技术难题,基于1∶2大比例缩尺预制超高性能混凝土(UHPC)模壳内部后浇混凝土的半预制预应力叠合盖梁模型弯曲静力加载试验,建立ABAQUS有限元模型并验证其有效性。在此基础上,分析混凝土强度、纵筋配筋率、预应力筋配筋率和交界面粘结程度对预应力叠合盖梁承载力和破坏模式的影响规律。基于试验与有限元计算结果,建立预制模壳盖梁抗弯承载力的计算方法。研究结果表明:叠合盖梁具有良好的受力和变形性能,界面剪力键可有效增加界面粘结强度,峰值承载力与光滑处理界面相比,提高了57.5%。交界面采用绑定接触会高估盖梁峰值承载力。当外壳材料为UHPC时,峰值承载力相较C50混凝土提高了28.4%。纵筋配筋率、预应力筋配筋率与峰值承载力呈线性增长趋势。采用该方法计算的抗弯承载力与试验和有限元结果吻合较好。To solve the technical issues such as the heavy lifting weight of the integral prefabricated bent caps and the difficulty in achieving prefabricated assembly,an ABAQUS finite element model was established and its validity was verified based on the completed 1∶2 large-scale bending static load test of the partially prefabricated prestressed composite bent cap with post-cast concrete inside the prefabricated ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)shell.On this basis,the influence of concrete strength,longitudinal reinforcement ratio,prestressing steel reinforcement ratio and bonding strength of the interface on the bearing capacity and failure mode of the prestressed composite bent cap were analyzed.Based on the experimental and finite element calculation results,a calculation method for the bending-bearing capacity of the prefabricated shell bent cap was established.The research results show that the composite bent cap have excellent mechanical and deformation performance.The interface shear keys can effectively strengthen the interface bonding strength,and the peak bearing capacity is 57.5%higher than that of the smooth interface.Using a bonded contact at the interface will overestimate the peak bearing capacity of the bent cap.When the shell material is UHPC,the peak bearing capacity increases by 28.4%compared to C50 concrete.The longitudinal reinforcement ratio and prestressing steel reinforcement ratio exhibit a linear increase trend in peak bearing capacity.The bending-bearing capacity calculation results using the method proposed in this paper is in good agreement with the experimental and finite element results.
