摘  要:针对某自动驾驶地铁线路频繁发生的电客车空转滑行故障,利用自动驾驶电客车速度曲线固定的特性,提出了基于ATO(列车自动运行系统)图谱的快速定位方法,系统研究了故障的成因和解决方案。通过详细的历史数据统计,分析了气象条件对故障频率的影响,分析结果表明与气象条件相关的空转滑行故障占比高达92%。确定空转滑行故障数量占比较高的A区间上下行和B区间下行为主要研究对象,通过分析车载ATO信息并结合实地调查,探究其故障原因。研究结果表明,某地铁线路电客车发生空转滑行故障的主要原因包括道岔区尖轨与辙叉跟端的距离过短、轨道不平顺以及潮湿的环境影响了地面线的轮轨黏着性能。Aiming at the wheel skidding or sliding frequently occurred on an autopilot metro line,this paper proposes a rapid positioning method based on ATO(Automatic Train Operation System)maps and systematically studies the causes of and solutions to the faults by utilizing the fixed features of the speed curves of the autopilot metro vehicles.By the aid of detailed historical data statistics,the impact of meteorological conditions on failure frequency is analyzed,and the analysis results show that the proportion of skidding or sliding incidents related to weather conditions is as high as 92%.The research focuses on determining the behavior of running up and down in section A and running down in Section B,which have a high proportion of skidding or sliding,by means of on-board ATO information,along with field investigations to explore the fault causes.The research results indicate that the main reasons for the skidding or sliding faults occurred in the vehicles on a metro line include the too short distance between the point rail and the frog end in the turnout zone,uneven track,and humid conditions affecting the wheel/rail adhesion on the ground line sector.
