摘 要:微配网多端柔性多状态开关具有多端灵活多态切换等特性,该特性造成载荷负荷具有不确定性和随机性,易出现负荷不均衡情况。为此,设计双层嵌套负荷均衡控制系统。设计多状态开关载荷主控子系统模块,在开关载荷负荷控制微处理单元,控制接收外部发送命令。通过负荷控制多端通信接口,实现多端接入通道的多源数据传输。构建供区层和馈线层的双层嵌套加权最小目标函数,充分考虑开关两端等效损耗约束目标函数,避免损耗影响系统控制效率。设计双层负荷动态分配方案,使得开关载荷负荷达到均衡状态。由系统应用仿真结果可知,该系统控制核心三维坐标为(2,6,200),能够达到相对理想的控制目标。The multi terminal flexible multi state switch in the micro distribution network has the characteristics of flexible multi terminal polymorphic switching,which causes uncertainty and randomness in load and is prone to load imbalance.To this end,a double⁃layer nested load balancing control system is designed.Design a multi⁃state switch load main control subsystem module,which controls the micro processing unit of the switch load and receives external commands.By controlling the multi terminal communication interface through load,multi source data transmission through multi terminal access channels is achieved.Construct a two⁃layer nested weighted minimum objective function for the supply area layer and feeder layer,fully considering the constraint objective function of equivalent losses at both ends of the switch,to avoid losses affecting the system control efficiency.Design a dual layer load dynamic distribution scheme to achieve balanced switching load.According to the simulation results of the system application,the three⁃dimensional coordinates of the control core of the system are(2,6,200),which can achieve relatively ideal control objectives.
