摘 要:采用三辊行星轧机生产含Bi银亮色奥氏体不锈钢棒材时,产品截面极易出现裂纹,导致产品合格率下降甚至生产中止。本研究采用实验和有限元模拟相结合的方法,对含Bi银亮色不锈钢棒材在三辊行星轧制过程中出现的裂纹进行了预测。通过对几组常见韧性断裂准则进行比较,表明Ayada准则能够较为准确地预测轧制过程裂纹的尺寸和位置。研究温度、应变速率和摩擦系数三个关键工艺参数对断裂损伤区域面积占比的影响,发现其对材料起裂的敏感顺序为:温度>应变速率>摩擦系数。基于实验所得材料真应力-真应变曲线温度效应,修正轧制工艺后,轧件横断面已无裂纹产生。The Austenitic stainless steel bar with Bi produced in a three-high planetary mill has a section that is prone to cracking.This paper presents the prediction of the crack in the three-roll planetary rolling process of the bright stainless steel bar with Bi using finite element simulations,mathematical model calculations,and experiments.The size and location of cracks in the rolling process can be predicted more precisely by the Ayada criterion,according to a comparative analysis of multiple groups of common toughness fracture criteria.It was discovered that the following three crucial process parameters,strain rate,temperature,and friction coefficient,had an impact on the percentage of damage area that was susceptible to crack initiation:temperature>strain rate>coefficient of friction.The cross-section of the rolled pieces did not exhibit cracks,according to the experimentally obtained true stress-strain curve of the material temperature effect correction of the rolling process.
