摘 要:湿法脱硫装置的广泛应用显著降低了电厂烟气中污染物的排放,但脱硫系统产生的废水又成为新污染源。通过静态实验研究了低浓度NaOH溶液高效吸收烟气中CO_(2)制备脱硬剂,并将其应用于脱硫废水的软化处理,旨在实现脱硫废水处理过程中的资源化再利用。结果表明,质量分数为4%的NaOH和1.7%的Na_(2)CO_(3)混合溶液作为脱硬剂,待处理废水pH=12.9时,可达理想软化处理效果,所需脱硬剂与脱硫废水体积比为0.357:1。充分利用了脱硫废水处理过程中的自产碱液和燃煤电厂排放的废气,通过资源化回收并循环应用于工艺上游的生产过程,实现了废物的资源化利用。The widespread application of wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD)systems has significantly reduced pollutant emissions from power plant flue gases.However,the wastewater generated by these desulfurization systems has become a new source of pollution.The preparation of dehardener by high efficiency absorption of CO_(2) from flue gas by low concentration NaOH solution was studied by static experiment,preparing a water-softening agent,which is then applied to the softening treatment of desulfurization wastewater,aiming to achieve resource recovery and reuse in the wastewater treatment process.Static experimental results show that using a mixture of 4%NaOH and 1.7%Na_(2)CO_(3) as the water softening agent,and adjusting the pH of the wastewater to be treated to 12.9,achieves ideal softening effects for desulfurization wastewater.Under these conditions,the volume ratio of the water-softening agent to the desulfurization wastewater is 0.357:1.The self-produced alkali liquor and waste gas from coal-fired power plants in the process of desulfurization wastewater treatment are fully utilized,and the waste is recycled and applied to the production process upstream of the process to realize the resource utilization.
