摘 要:以某矿工作面为例,探讨高瓦斯煤层工作面综合瓦斯治理技术的应用。该煤层工作面由原“U型”和“L型”这两种通风形式共同组成的一种复合型通风布置方式优化为单“U型”布置,通过分析煤层赋存与瓦斯涌出特征制定出针对性的综合瓦斯治理方案。掘进时采用边掘边抽和释放钻孔相结合的瓦斯治理手段,回采时运用单侧顺层定向煤层钻孔、顶板倾向定向钻孔及上隅角埋管瓦斯抽采等技术,并详细阐述各技术的参数与实施过程。通过实践,瓦斯抽采率达78%,有效解决了瓦斯问题,实现安全高效生产,为高瓦斯煤层工作面瓦斯治理提供了宝贵经验。Taking a mine working face as an example to discuss the application of comprehensive gas treatment technology of high gas coal seam working face.The coal seam working face is optimized from the original U+L type to the single U type layout,and a targeted comprehensive gas control scheme is developed by analyzing the characteristics of coal seam occurrence and gas emission.During excavation,side extraction+release drilling is used,and one side downlayer directional coal seam drilling+roof inclined directional drilling+upper corner buried pipe gas extraction technologies are used,and the parameters and implementation process of each technology are described in detail.Through the practice of gas extraction rate of 78%,the gas problem is effectively solved,the safe and efficient production is realized,providing valuable experience for the gas control of high gas coal seam working face.
