摘 要:火力发电厂锅炉补给水处理对发电安全与效率影响深远。阐述了锅炉补给水的重要性,详细介绍了其处理技术与工艺流程,包括针对循环冷却排污水等水源的化学软化除硅、絮凝预处理,以及反渗透、EDI脱盐等后续处理,还有过滤、除氧、紫外杀菌等环节。同时探讨了结晶造粒流化床、改性超滤膜等新技术,分析了污水回收再利用和新型除盐技术创新等未来发展趋势,旨在提高锅炉补给水质量,推动火电行业可持续发展。Boiler make-up water treatment in thermal power plants is of great significance for power generation safety and efficiency.The importance of boiler feedwater is elaborated,the treatment technology and technological process are introduced in detail.It includes chemical softening and silica removal,flocculation pretreatment for water sources such as circulating cooling blowdown water,as well as subsequent treatments like reverse osmosis,EDI desalination technologies,and also processes such as filtration,deoxygenation,and ultraviolet sterilization.New technologies,like the crystallization granulation fluidized bed and the modified ultrafiltration membrane,are discussed too.Future development trends,including sewage recycling and reuse and innovation of new desalination technologies,are analyzed.The goal is to improve the quality of boiler makeup water and drive the sustainable development of the thermal power industry.
