摘  要:近年来,动力学仿真已成为车辆设计制造领域中一个非常重要的环节。针对特种车辆传动系统中的重要组成部分行星变速装置,开展了行星变速装置动力学仿真与分析,通过分析行星变速装置的二维拓扑关系,构建几何参数模型,模拟齿轮变速机构的实际运行过程,对齿轮动力学性能的行星轮旋转角速度和齿对接触刚度进行了初步分析。行星变速装置动力学仿真方法与结果为特种车辆传动系统的研发制造提供了理论基础和技术手段。In recent years,dynamic simulation has become a very important link in the field of vehicle design and manufacturing.Aiming at the planetary transmission device,which is an important component of the special vehicle transmission system,the dynamic simulation and analysis of the planetary transmission device was carried out.By analyzing the two-dimensional topological relationship of the planetary transmission device,a geometric parameter model was constructed to simulate the actual operation process of the gear transmission mechanism,and a preliminary analysis of the planetary wheel rotation angular velocity and tooth pair contact stiffness of the gear dynamic performance was conducted.The dynamic simulation method and results of the planetary transmission device provide a theoretical basis and technical means for the research and development and manufacturing of special vehicle transmission systems.
