摘　　要：为建立企业统一的标准件库,提高查询和调用效率,利用SolidWorks自带的VBA工具,开发了一个内嵌于SolidWorks的宏程序,程序选用Access作为数据库管理系统,按照3NF范式建立数据表,对不同类型的标准件采用不同的建模方法来创建三维模型库,通过设计合理的用户界面和调用恰当的对象方法,所开发的程序实现了快速方便地查询、比对和调用相关标准件,也可以快速导出查询到的数据,提高了设计人员的工作效率。A macro program is developed by using VBA tools provided by SolidWorks.A unified standard parts library is established.With this macro program and this parts library,the efficiency of querying and inserting parts into assembly model is significantly improved.Microsoft Access is selected as database management system for the macro program.All data tables are designed as per Third Normal Form(3NF).3D models in the standard parts library are created according to the characteristic of different parts.The macro program features a friendly UI and uses appropriate functions.With the macro program and standard parts library,the standard parts are easily queried,compared and called.The queried data can also be exported.Therefore,the work efficiency of designers is improved.
