摘　　要：防松技术在螺纹连接中起着十分关键作用。本文根据国家标准GB/T 37462-2019《30°楔形防松螺纹》(及早期的机械行业标准JB/T 10971-2010)分析了30°楔形防松螺纹的牙型结构、防松原理和技术体系、使用方法、生产工艺、安装要求和检测方法。Thread locking technology plays a key role in threaded connection field.In this paper,the profile structure,the locking principle and the technical system of the locking threads with 30 degree wedge,according to the National Standard GB/T 37462-2019,locking thread with 30 degree wedge(or the earlier Machinery Industry Standard JB/T 10971-2010),are analyzed,as well as the use methods,production processes,installation requirements and testing methods of the locking threads with 30 degree wedge are introduced.
