摘　　要：目的探讨MDT联合绩效考评管理模式对非公立医院提高择期手术首台开台准时率的影响。方法按月统计2023年10月至2024年6月佛山复星禅诚医院住院择期手术首台开台例数、准时率、延时原因,使用FOCUS PDCA管理工具立项并制定MDT联合绩效考评管理方案,观察管理方案实施后和改进后择期手术首台开台准时率的变化。结果MDT联合绩效考评管理方案实施后(2024年1月—3月)和改进后(2024年4月—6月)的择期手术首台开台准时率均提高,且方案实施后(2024年1月—3月)首台开台准时率明显高于方案实施前(2023年10月—12月),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论MDT联合绩效考评管理模式有助于非公立医院提高择期手术首台开台准时率,可提高手术室的运营管理质量。Objective To investigate the impact of the multidisciplinary team(MDT)integrated performance evaluation management model on increasing the on-time opening rate of the first elective surgery in non-public hospitals.Methods The number of first elective surgeries,on-time rates,and reasons for delays at Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital from October 2023 to June 2024 were recorded monthly.The FOCUS-Plan-Do-Check-Act(FOCUS-PDCA)management tool was utilized to initiate a project and establish an MDT integrated performance evaluation management plan.The influence of the implementation and subsequent improvement of the management plan on the on-time opening rate of the first elective surgery was observed.Results After the implementation(January 2024 to March 2024)and modification(April 2024 to June 2024)of the MDT integrated performance evaluation management plan,the on-time opening rate of the first elective surgery was significantly elevated(P<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference between after the implementation(January 2024 to March 2024)and before the implementation(October 2023 to December 2023)(P<0.01).Conclusion The MDT integrated performance evaluation management model can help non-public hospitals improve the on-time opening rate of the first elective surgery and enhance the operational management quality of the operating room.
