高校足球运动专业高质量发展的时代价值、现实挑战和实践路径——基于“三大球”振兴背景

摘　　要：高校足球运动专业的高质量发展,承载着国家对“三大球”项目后备人才培养的深切期望,同时也对体育强国建设具有重要促进作用。“三大球”振兴背景下,高校足球运动专业高质量发展的时代价值主要包含:培养多元化足球人才,响应国家体育强国战略需要;探索人才培养新机制,推动校园足球运动普及与提高;塑造足球文化新生态,增强足球文化认同和自信;拓展人才培养的新视野,推动国际交流与合作。高校足球运动专业高质量发展面临的现实挑战主要有:师资力量不足,传统教学理念根深蒂固;硬件设施匮乏,无法满足高水平训练需要;专业人才培养体系不完善,课程设置与教学内容相对滞后;就业前景不明,职业选择范围有限。鉴于此,提出相应实践路径:加速推进足球学院实体化建设,优化人才引进机制;加强基础配套设施建设,强化科研支撑;明晰专业人才培养目标,推进专业课程一体化建设;加强校企合作与实践平台建设,探索产教研结合的新型育人机制。The high-quality development of university football specialization bears the profound expectations of the country for the cultivation of reserve talents in the Three major ball sports and also plays a crucial role in promoting the building of a sports power.Against the backdrop of revitalizing the Three major ball sports in China,the era value of the high-quality development of university football specialization mainly encompasses:cultivating diversified football talents to respond to the demands of the national sports powerhouse strategy;exploring new mechanisms for talent cultivation to advance the popularization and improvement of campus football;shaping a new ecological football culture to enhance the recognition and confidence in football culture;expanding the new vision for talent cultivation to facilitate international exchanges and cooperation.The practical challenges confronted by the high-quality development of university football specialization mainly consist of:insufficient teaching staff with deeply ingrained traditional teaching concepts;scarcity of hardware facilities,unable to meet the requirements of high-level training;incomplete professional talent cultivation systems with relatively lagging course settings and teaching contents;unclear employment prospects and limited career choices.In light of this,the corresponding practical approaches are proposed:accelerating the substantive construction of football universities and optimizing the talent introduction mechanism;strengthening the construction of basic supporting facilities and reinforcing scientific research support;clarifying the talent cultivation goals of the specialization and promoting the integrated construction of professional courses;enhancing school-enterprise cooperation and the construction of practical plaforms,and exploring a new type of talent cultivation mechanism integrating production,education and research.
