摘 要:介绍12 kV一二次深度融合型电容取电柱上真空断路器的设计,提出优化分闸反弹、多腔式融合极柱和内置传感器的关键技术方案。采用“油缓冲结构”方案替代“普通橡胶垫”方案,解决行业内普通弹簧操作机构分闸反弹过大的问题,防止断路器分闸过程中触头间电弧重燃现象,提高柱上真空断路器的开断能力。加入多腔式深度融合极柱的设计,提高了柱上真空断路器的电压互感器或电容取电的兼容性。通过内置固封无源电流传感器和后装式无源电压传感器,提高柱上真空断路器的一致性。运用COMSOL Multiphysics仿真软件对一二次融合柱上真空断路器整体设计方案的绝缘性能进行仿真,结果满足性能要求。最后介绍了柱上断路器、电流传感器、电压传感器和电容取电电源等的试验项目要求及结果。The design of a vacuum circuit breaker on a 12 kV primary and secondary deep fusion capacitor power column is introduced,and the key technical solutions for optimizing the opening rebound,multi cavity fusion pole and built-in sensors are proposed.By adopting the"oil buffer structure"scheme instead of the"ordinary rubber pad"scheme,the problem of excessive rebound in the opening of ordinary spring operating mechanisms in the industry is solved,preventing arc reignition between contacts during the opening process of circuit breakers,and improving the breaking capacity of column mounted vacuum circuit breakers.By incorporating a multi cavity deep fusion pole design,the compatibility of voltage transformers or capacitors for pole mounted vacuum circuit breakers can be improved.By using built-in fixed passive current sensors and rear mounted passive voltage sensors,the consistency of the column mounted vacuum circuit breaker is improved.COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software is used to simulate the insulation performance of the overall design scheme of the primary and secondary fusion column vacuum circuit breaker,the result can meet the performance requirements.Finally,the requirements and results of the test items for pole mounted circuit breakers,current sensors,voltage sensors,and capacitive power sources are introduced.
