摘  要:研究了轿车座椅调角器齿轮材料的国产化热处理工艺及其性能对比,对比了国产20MnB5钢材与进口S22CB钢材的成分和组织结构的差异,探讨了20MnB5钢材热处理工艺调整后的实验结果。经过试验结果发现,在同等条件下20MnB5钢材淬透性更好,S22CB钢材比20MnB5渗碳速率更快,淬硬性比较好,但淬透性不佳,即在同一热处理条件下两种材料齿轮其硬度、渗碳层深度、心部组织等级不同,验证了跟其材料的成分和组织结构的相关性。为了使两种材料达到同等水平状态,针对两种材料的特点,对热处理工艺做出相应的调整。主要有20MnB5钢材的齿轮延长了渗碳时间,降低了渗碳淬火温度,使渗碳层和心部硬度能达到S22CB钢材齿轮的水平,弥补20MnB5钢材渗碳速率不足,调节了心部硬度。用硬度梯度测量的方法检验了热处理工艺调整后加工的两种材料齿轮,其结果硬度数据相近,再通过强度测试,其强度数据最大静载荷扭矩的平均值相近,均处于同等水平。结果表明,轿车座椅调角器20MnB5钢材齿轮具备替代S22CB钢材齿轮的条件。The domestic heat treatment process and performance comparison of car seat angle adjuster gear materials are studied,the differences in composition and microstructure between 20MnB5 steel and S22CB steel are compared,and the experimental results of the domestic 20MnB5 steel after adjusting the heat treatment process are discussed.Experimental results show that under the same conditions,20MnB5 steel has better hardenability than S22CB steel.S22CB steel has a faster carburizing rate than 20MnB5 steel,resulting in better hardenability but poorer hardenability.Therefore,under the same heat treatment conditions,the hardness,carburized layer depth,and core microstructure of the two materials differ,confirming the correlation with their material composition and microstructure.In order to achieve the same level of performance for the two materials,adjustments to the heat treatment process are made based on the characteristics of the two materials.The gear made of 20MnB5 steel has extended carburizing time,reduced carburizing quenching temperature,allowing the carburized layer and core hardness to reach the level of S22CB steel gear,compensating for the insufficient carburizing rate of 20MnB5 steel,and adjusting the core hardness.Two types of gears processed after heat treatment process adjustment are tested using the method of hardness gradient measurement.The results show similar hardness data.Further strength testing indicated that the average maximum static load torque values are similar,and both are at the same level.The results indicate that the car seat recliner gear made of 20MnB5 steel has the potential to replace the gear made of S22CB steel.
