数字资本主义时代美国经济发展不平衡的原因与启示

摘　　要：不平衡发展是私有制社会的绝对规律,且在资本主义社会更加突出。进入数字资本主义时代后,资本主义国家不平衡发展进一步加剧,特别是美国国内的不平衡更加严重,不同群体、不同产业和不同区域之间的发展愈加不均衡。这种不平衡现象出现的根源在于数字资本主义时代生产资料私有制下数字垄断导致资本无序扩张,数字剥削、知识垄断和去工业化又加剧了这一过程。对我国来说,大力发展数字经济是发展新质生产力的重要方式,面对快速发展的数字生产力,要发挥社会主义市场经济体制的优势,引导好数字经济的发展,防止出现发展不平衡问题。Imbalanced development is an inherent phenomenon in societies characterized by private ownership,and it becomes increasingly conspicuous within capitalist societies.Entering the era of digital capitalism,the disparities in development among capitalist nations have been further exacerbated.This phenomenon is particularly acute within the United States,where discrepancies between various groups,industries and regions have become increasingly conspicuous.The fundamental cause of this imbalance can be traced back to the age of digital capitalism,where the proliferation of digital monopolies has led to a tumultuous expansion of capital,with digital exploitation,knowledge monopoly and de-industrialization emerging as predominant factors.For our country,the digital economy embodies a comprehensive manifestation of new quality productivity in the current era.Confronted with the rapid advancement of digital productivity,novel technologies,sustainable energy and emerging industries all hinge on the digital economy and necessitate robust development.Nevertheless,the increasingly imbalanced development in the United States serves as a poignant reminder that advanced digital technology is a double-edged sword,and it is imperative to redress imbalances within this progression while propelling its advancement.
