摘 要:随着大数据和人工智能等技术的迅猛发展,人类社会进入沉浸式的新媒体时代。媒介技术的发展,不仅改变了人们的生活方式,也为国际话语体系变革带来了契机,为我国的外宣工作提供了新思路。本文通过梳理我国新民主主义革命时期以来外宣工作的历史演进,立足新媒体时代背景,分析当前我国外宣工作纾困的路径与策略,并透过传播学理论视角,从传播主体、传播渠道、传播内容三个维度深入探究如何“讲好中国故事”,为提升我国的外宣工作效能提出切实可行的方法与策略。With the rapid development of technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,human society has entered the new media era of Internet immersion.The development of media technology not only changes people’s way of life,but also brings the opportunity to change the international discourse system,providing new ideas for China's foreign propaganda work.In this paper,by combing the historical evolution of China’s foreign propaganda work since the New Democratic Revolution,and based on the background of the new media era,we analyze the current difficulties in China’s foreign propaganda work,and through the perspective of communication theory,we explore how to“tell China’s story”from the three dimensions of the main body of the communication,communication channels and content,and put forward practical methods to improve the effectiveness of China’s foreign propaganda work.
