摘 要:某毫米波散射特性测试系统因其中频接收机受外界干扰影响而不能正常工作。本文对中频接收机的原有设计及受干扰情况进行了分析,基于Genesys和ADS软件重新进行了频率规划和链路预算,选择合适中频、混频器和滤波器以提升抗干扰能力,并增加增益控制功能以满足系统灵敏度和动态范围的要求。此外为提升电磁兼容特性,对中频接收机的PCB和屏蔽壳体进行了设计。采用改进后的中频接收机,毫米波散射特性测试系统可正常工作。A certain millimeter wave RCS measurement system has malfunction problem due to external interference on its IF receiver.This paper analyzes the original design and interference situation of the IF receiver,re-conducts frequency planning and link budgeting,using Genesys and ADS software for simulation and verification.Suitable intermediate frequency,mixer and filters were selected to improve the anti-interference ability,and gain control ability was added to meet the requirements of sensitivity and dynamic range.In addition,the PCB and shielding shell were designed to improve its EMC characteristics.By using this improved IF receiver,the system can operate normally.
