摘  要:AMT控制器作为汽车控制系统中的核心部件,极易受到电磁辐射干扰,并导致传输信号误码率增高、传输中断、甚至传输错误指令。以某AMT控制器为研究对象,开展AMT控制器电磁辐射敏感度特性研究,通过分析AMT控制器的电磁耦合方式,按照GJB 151B-2013对军用设备和分系统电磁敏感度要求,对采取切断电磁耦合通道前后的AMT控制器的电磁辐射敏感度进行测试。测试结果证明:10kHz~18GHz频段内,经改装后AMT控制器的辐射敏感度均满足敏感度判据要求,并具有很好的抗电磁辐射干扰能力。The AMT controller,as a core component in the automotive control system,is highly susceptible to electromagnetic radiation interference,which can lead to increased transmission signal error rate,transmission interruption,and even transmission of incorrect instructions.Taking a certain AMT controller as the research object,a study was conducted on the electromagnetic radiation sensitivity characteristics of the AMT controller.By analyzing the electromagnetic coupling mode of the AMT controller,the electromagnetic radiation sensitivity of the AMT controller before and after cutting off the electromagnetic coupling channel was tested according to the electromagnetic sensitivity requirements of military equipment and subsystems in GJB 151B-2013.The test results prove that within the frequency range of 10kHz~18GHz,the radiation sensitivity of the modified AMT controller meets the sensitivity criteria requirements and has good resistance to electromagnetic radiation interference..
