摘 要:近几年中国新能源产业长足发展具有深厚机制基础。以制造业为核心和绿色低碳的产业特性是供需基础,覆盖全部门类的中国工业体系是国情条件,两者的融合在定性上契合“钻石模型”,在定量上容易解决新兴产业发展初期经常面临的数量约束问题。当然,过去多年努力的积累也是不可忽略的重要历史条件。产业特性与国家整体工业能力融合机制不仅赋予中国新能源产业强大的内生发展动力,还提高了中国新能源发展应对挑战和周期波动的韧性。为了提高中国新能源发展水平,应乐观判断中国新能源发展态势、坚持指向性新能源产业政策、提高新能源产业与整体工业体系的融合水平以及扩大国际合作。In recent years,the substantial growth of China's new energy industry has been underpinned by strong foundational mechanisms.The core role of manufacturing and the green,low-carbon characteristics of the industry form the basis of supply and demand,while China’s comprehensive industrial system across all sectors provides the unique national conditions.The integration of these two elements qualitatively aligns with the"Diamond Model"and quantitatively addresses the common constraints on scale that emerging industries face in early development stages.Additionally,the accumulation of efforts over the years serves as an essential historical foundation.This mechanism,which integrates industry characteristics with overall national industrial capacity,not only provides China's new energy sector with robust endogenous growth momentum but also enhances its resilience to challenges and cyclical fluctuations.To further advance China’s new energy development,it is essential to adopt an optimistic view of its growth trajectory,uphold targeted new energy policies,improve integration between the new energy sector and the broader industrial system,and expand international cooperation.
