摘　　要：分析了分包合同签署及履行过程中的常见风险并提出防范措施,如在合同中明确约定工程量的确认和变更事宜,支付风险转移,注重书面往来留痕并做好文件保存管理,通过分包合同条款限制债权转让,承包商及时履行分包合同结算义务等,希望对承包商管理建设工程项目有一定的借鉴意义。This paper analyzes the common risks in the process of subcontract signing and performance and puts forward preventive measures,such as clearly agreeing on the confirmation and change of the project quantity in the contract,transferring the risk of payment,paying attention to the written exchange and record keeping management,limiting the transfer of claims through the terms of the subcontract,and the contractor performing the settlement obligation of the subcontract in time.It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for contractors to manage construction projects.
