摘 要:为探究氮磷钾指数施肥对容器苗根系发育和功能的影响。以栓皮栎1 a生幼苗为材料,分别设置氮磷钾施肥水平(0、50、100、200、300、400 mg/株),采用指数施肥方法,对比不同元素施肥水平对栓皮栎根系形态、生理以及元素富集效率的影响,以探明最佳单素施肥量。结果显示:(1)随着氮磷钾施肥水平的增加,栓皮栎容器苗根系形态指标均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,其中总生物量、总根系长度、表面积、比根长在施氮300 mg/株时最大,而根系体积在施钾量200 mg/株时最大;(2)栓皮栎容器苗根系中SOD、POD、CAT 3种保护酶的活性以及可溶性蛋白含量均先增加后降低,最大值分别出现在施氮量300 mg/株、施磷量200 mg/株、施钾量200 mg/株时,而此时MDA含量最低;(3)随着施肥水平的增加,栓皮栎根系中氮、磷、钾元素富集效率先升高后降低,氮、钾元素相互促进效果明显优于磷。To explore the effects of exponential fertilization of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on root development and function of container seedlings,annual seedlings of Quercus variabilis was selected as material and the fertilization of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)were set as 0 mg·plant-1,50 mg·plant-1,100 mg·plant-1,200 mg·plant-1,300 mg·plant-1 and 400 mg·plant-1,with the method of exponential fertilization.The effects of different element fertilization levels on the root morphology,physiology and element accumulation efficiency of Q.variabilis were compared,and the optimum amount of single element fertilizer was found out.The results showed that(1)The total root biomass,total root length,surface area,root volume and specific root length of Q.variabilis container seedlings increased first and then decreased with the increase of N,P,K fertilization level.The total biomass,total root length,surface area and specific root length reached the maximum value at the N amount of 300 mg·plant-1,while the root volume reached the maximum value at the K amount of 200 mg·plant-1;(2)The activities of SOD,POD and CAT with the contents of soluble proteins in the roots of Q.variabilis seedlings increased first and then decreased with the increase of N,P,K fertilization level.The maximum value was observed respectively at the N,P and K fertilizer amount of 300 mg·plant-1,200 mg·plant-1 and 200 mg·plant-1,where the content of MDA was the lowest;(3)With the increase of single element fertilizer level,the accumulation efficiency of N,P and K in Q.variabilis seedlings roots increased first and then decreased.
