摘 要:通过研究不同比例羊粪堆肥施用量对连作王族海棠苗圃土壤肥力及其苗木生长的影响,可以为羊粪堆肥在其育苗中科学应用提供理论依据。试验在田间条件下,设置对照(T1)、25%比例羊粪堆肥(T2)、50%比例羊粪堆肥(T3)、75%比例羊粪堆肥(T4)、100%比例羊粪堆肥(T5)5个处理,3次重复。结果显示:T3与对照相比显著提高了苗圃土壤大于0.25 mm水稳性团聚体含量,显著降低了小于0.25 mm团聚体含量,T3与T4之间无显著差异,T3显著高于T1、T2;T3与对照相比显著提高了王族海棠根际土有机质、有机碳、全氮、全磷含量,T4、T5与T3之间无显著差异;T3碱解氮含量显著高于T1、T4、T5,速效磷和速效钾含量显著高于T1;T3脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性均显著高于T1,T2仅蔗糖酶活性显著高于T1;T3王族海棠株高、地径、植株干重分别较T1提高了18.63%、44.08%、21.12%。综合分析认为:50%比例的羊粪堆肥是改善苗圃土壤肥力和促进王族海棠苗木生长的适宜处理。The test had studied the effects of different proportions of sheep manure compost application on soil fertility and seedling growth in continuous cropping of the Malu‘s Royalty’nursery,it can be provided the theoretical basis for the scientific application of sheep manure compost in its seedling cultivation.The experiment was conducted under field conditions,with set five treatments:control(T1),25%sheep manure compost(T2),50%sheep manure compost(T3),75%sheep manure compost(T4),and 100%sheep manure compost(T5),each treatment was repeated three times.The results showed that:compared with the control,T3 significantly increased the content of water stable aggregates larger than 0.25 mm in nursery soil and significantly reduced the content of aggregates smaller than 0.25 mm,there was no significant difference between T3 and T4,and T3 was significantly higher than T1 and T2;T3 significantly increased the content of organic matter,organic carbon,total nitrogen,and total phosphorus in the rhizosphere soil of Malu‘s Royalty’compared with the control,while there was no significant difference between T4,T5,and T3;the content of alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen in T3 was significantly higher than that in T1,T4,and T5,and the content of available phosphorus and available potassium was significantly higher than that in T1;the activities of urease,phosphatase,sucrase,and catalase in T3 were significantly higher than those in T1,while only sucrase activity in T2 was significantly higher than in T1;the Malus‘Royalty’plant height,ground diameter,and dry weight of T3 increased by 18.63%,44.08%,and 21.12%respectively compared to T1.Comprehensive analysis suggests that 50%proportion of sheep manure compost was a suitable treatment for improving soil fertility in nurseries and promoting the growth of Malu‘s Royalty’seedlings.
