摘 要:地热能是一种可再生、持久稳定、绿色环保的能源,地热能的高效开采与利用是推动我国能源转型的重要途径。地热井水泥石的导热与保温性能是决定地热开采效率的关键因素。为了推动我国地热井固井技术的进步,综述了地热井高导热材料和保温材料及其机理的国内外研究现状,地热井高导热水泥的填料主要包括石墨、石墨烯、氮化硼和碳化硅等无机高导热材料及铜粉、铝粉和铁矿粉等金属填料。地热井保温水泥的填料主要包括煤粉灰、玻璃微珠、岩棉、矿棉以及膨胀珍珠岩等,通过在材料内部多制造空洞和孔隙结构,利用空气的填充来降低材料的传热效率。对水泥石导热系数评价方法的特点进行了总结,由于测试时间短、制样方便和适用非均质含水材料测试的特点,瞬态法较为适合地热井固井水泥的导热系数测试方法。提高地热环境下水泥石的抗衰退、抗腐蚀及抗渗透能力是未来高导热水泥石的研究重要方向。对水泥发泡剂的筛选、有机保温材料与水泥体系的结合,研发高强度、低密度、隔热能力强的保温水泥体系是未来研究的主要方向。Geothermal energy is a kind of renewable,durable and stable,green and environmentally friendly energy.The efficient exploitation and utilization of geothermal energy is an important way to promote China's energy transformation.The thermal conductivity and thermal insulation properties of geothermal well cement stone are the key factors to determine the efficiency of geothermal mining.In order to promote the progress of geothermal well cementing technology in China,the research status of high thermal conductivity materials,thermal insulation materials and their mechanisms in geothermal wells at home and abroad are reviewed.The fillers of high thermal conductivity cement in geothermal wells mainly include inorganic high thermal conductivity materials such as graphite,graphene,boron nitride and silicon carbide,and metal fillers such as copper powder,aluminum powder and iron ore powder.The fillers of geothermal well insulation cement mainly include pulverized coal ash,glass beads,rock wool,mineral wool and expanded perlite.The heat transfer efficiency of the material is reduced by creating more voids and pore structures within the material to fill with air.The characteristics of the evaluation method of cement stone thermal conductivity are summarized.Due to the characteristics of short test time,convenient sample preparation and suitable for the test of heterogeneous water-bearing materials,the transient method is more suitable for the thermal conductivity test method of geothermal well cementing cement.Improving the anti-recession,anti-corrosion and anti-permeability of cement stone in geothermal environment is an important research direction of high thermal conductivity cement stone in the future.The selection of cement foaming agent,the combination of organic thermal insulation materials and cement system,and the development of thermal insulation cement system with high strength,low density and strong thermal insulation ability are the main directions of future research.
