摘  要:揭示近邻高瓦斯煤层群的采空区瓦斯运移规律,有助于遏制采空区高浓度瓦斯积聚、突出等灾害发生,为高瓦斯矿井煤炭资源安全高效绿色开采提供技术保障。以典型近距高瓦斯煤层某矿二_(1)-1060面采空区为研究对象,采用模拟及现场实测相结合的方法剖析隅角埋管和穿层钻孔两者协同抽采下采空区瓦斯流场运移特征,确定了近邻高瓦斯煤层群的采空区瓦斯运移规律,距采面距离愈远的点质量浓度愈高;进风巷侧低于回风巷侧;冒落带内低于裂隙带内。模拟表明,“隅角+底抽巷”协同抽采后能有效降低冒落带和裂隙带瓦斯浓度,冒落带隅角瓦斯浓度由4.89%降至0.24%,2根钻孔间距30 m区域内瓦斯浓度维持在0.24%左右。现场应用表明,“隅角+底抽巷”协同抽采技术能有效提高管道瓦斯浓度,最大值由12.80%增加到17.10%,增强了近邻工作面采空区瓦斯治理效果,缓解了采掘接替紧张问题。Revealing the gas migration law in the gob of a nearby high-gas coal seam group is crucial for preventing high-concentration gas accumulation,outbursts,and other disasters in the gob.It also provides technical support for the safe and efficient green mining of coal resources in high-gas mines.This paper focuses on the goaf at face 2-1060 of a coal mine,which represents a typical close-range high-gas coal seam.By combining simulation and field measurement,we analyze the characteristics of gas flow field migration in the goaf under coordinated extraction using corner buried pipes and through-layer drilling.We determine the law of gas migration in gobs near high-gas coal seam groups:points farther away from the mining face have higher mass concentrations,while concentrations are lower on the inlet roadway side compared to the return roadway side,as well as lower in caving zones compared to fracture zones.Simulation results demonstrate that after implementing coordinated extraction by“corner+bottom pumping”,gas concentration can be effectively reduced in both caving zones and fracture zones.Specifically,gas concentration decreases from 4.89%to 0.24%in the corner of caving zones,while maintaining around 0.24%within an area 30 meters away from two boreholes.Field application confirms that collaborative extraction technology using“corner+bottom pumping roadways”significantly increases pipeline gas concentration,with maximum values increasing from 12.80%to 17.10%,thus enhancing goaf gas management effects on adjacent working faces and alleviating mining replacement tensions.
