摘  要:为提高超宽带滤波器的选择性,同时减小其他无线通信系统对超宽带系统的干扰,设计出一种具有双陷波且高选择特性的超宽带滤波器。该滤波器采用圆环型多模谐振器与输入输出馈线进行耦合实现高选择特性的超宽带滤波器,在此基础上加载级联的C型谐振器产生两个陷波点。利用HFSS进行优化仿真,可知该滤波器通带为3.1~9.7 GHz,相对带宽为103.0%,选择因子为0.89,有效提高了滤波器的选择特性,并且在6.86 GHz与8.15 GHz处各有一个陷波点,有效地避免了X波段通信卫星和其他国家C频段卫星通信的干扰,证明了该设计的优越性与实用价值。For purpose of improving selectivity of the ultra-wideband(UWB)filter and reduce interferences from other wireless communication systems to the ultra-wideband system,an UWB filter with double notching and high selection characteristics was designed,which has a ring-type multi-mode resonator coupled with the input and output feeders to realize a high selection characteristics,and then on this basis,it employs a cascaded C-type resonator to generate two notch points.Making use of HFSS optimize the simulation shows that,the filter transmission band stays at 3.1 GHz to 9.7 GHz,and the relative bandwidth is 103.0%together with a selection factor of 0.89,which effectively improves the filter selection characteristics;in addition,a notching point at 6.86 GHz and 8.15 GHz can be seen respectively to avoid the interference from both X-band communication satellites and C-band ones,which can prove both superiority and practical value of this design.
