艾瑞昔布片辅助地屈孕酮用于卵巢型子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨卵巢型子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后联合应用地屈孕酮及艾瑞昔布片的临床疗效。方法 选取潜江市中心医院妇科2022年1月至2023年1月收治的60例腹腔镜子宫内膜异位病灶剥除的患者作为研究对象,采取随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组患者30例,术后采用地屈孕酮片治疗;观察组患者30例,术后采用地屈孕酮联合艾瑞昔布片治疗。观察两组患者术后6个月临床疗效以及治疗前后血清性激素水平变化、不良反应及妊娠情况。结果 观察组术后药物疗效的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜异位症患者的雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组E_(2)、LH、FSH水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。药物治疗后,两组阴道不规则出血、头痛、恶心呕吐等不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。药物治疗后,两组患者中有意向妊娠患者妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 子宫内膜异位症患者术后采用地屈孕酮联合艾瑞昔布片治疗,可有效减少患者的月经量,调节相关激素水平,并减轻患者痛经症状,值得临床上进一步探讨和推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of dydrogesterone in combination with imrecoxib tablets for ovarian endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic endometriosis lesion removal admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Qianjiang Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method.30 patients in the control group were treated with dydrogesterone tablets after surgery,and 30 patients in the observation group were treated with dydrogesterone combined with imrecoxib tablets after surgery.The clinical efficacy in patients of the two groups at 6 months post-operatively,and changes in serum sex hormone levels,adverse reactions and pregnancy before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of postoperative medication in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) between the two groups of endometriosis patients(P > 0.05).After treatment,the levels of E2,LH,and FSH in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After drug treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions such as irregular vaginal bleeding,headache,nausea and vomiting between the two groups(P > 0.05).After drug treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the pregnancy rate between the two groups of patients with intention to conceive(P > 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with endometriosis using dydrogesterone combined with imrecoxib tablets after surgery can effectively reduce the menstrual volume,regulate the related hormone levels and reduce the sympto
