摘  要:连续刚构桥0#块是整个桥梁施工的起始部位,为后续节段的施工提供了基础和支撑,它承担着将桥梁上部结构的荷载传递到桥墩的关键作用。本文以贵州省剑河至黎平高速公路项目为例,以项目小瑶光特大桥0#块三角托架施工为背景,为了模拟0#块施工时托架施工的安全性和确定托架的弹性变形和非弹性变形,确保桥梁线性满足设计要求,采用了反力架预压的施工技术。托架预压按20%→60%→80%→110%逐级加载,分级预压。采用有限元分析与手算结合的方式,分析了满级加载的工况下托架安全性。The 0#block of a continuous rigid frame bridge is the starting point of the entire bridge construction,providing the foundation and support for the subsequent section construction.It plays a key role in transmitting the load of the upper structure of the bridge to the bridge piers.This article takes the Jianhe to Liping Expressway project in Guizhou Province as an example,and takes the construction of the 0#triangular bracket of the Xiaoyaoguang Extra Large Bridge as the background.In order to simulate the safety of the bracket construction during the 0#block construction and determine the elastic and non elastic deformation of the bracket,ensuring that the bridge linearity meets the design requirements,the construction technology of reaction frame preloading is adopted.The bracket is preloaded in stages of 20%→60%→80%→120%,with graded preloading.The safety of the bracket under full load conditions was analyzed using a combination of finite element software and manual calculation.
