摘 要:为明确犬皮下肿瘤的类别和性质,本试验收集16例犬皮下肿瘤病例,采用组织病理学方法对采集的组织进行诊断和分析。结果显示,16例病例均确诊为肿瘤,其中恶性肿瘤6例,良性肿瘤6例。通过病理学检查(H-E染色),有4例未确定肿瘤性质或类别,进而进行免疫组化分析,确认恶性肿瘤2例,良性肿瘤2例。通过上述结果发现,恶性肿瘤占比高达50%,且犬皮下肿瘤类别丰富,有14类肿瘤;从发病部位可见,乳腺肿瘤和皮肤肿瘤为高发的犬肿瘤疾病。通过组织病理学结合免疫组化综合分析,可以有效减少误诊和漏诊,免疫组化对肿瘤疾病诊断和鉴别具有重要作用。To explore the categories and properties of subcutaneous tumors in dogs,16 cases of subcutaneous tumors in dogs was collected and the collected tissue samples were analyzed.The results showed that all 16 cases were diagnosed with tumors.Among them,there were 6 cases of malignant tumors and 6 cases of benign tumors.Through pathological examination(H-E staining),there were 4 cases with undetermined tumor nature or category,which were further subjected to immunohistochemical analysis,including 2 cases of malignant tumors and 2 cases of benign tumors.Through the above results,it was found that malignant tumors account for up to 50%,and subcutaneous tumors in dogs had a wide variety of categories,including 14 types of tumors.From the location of onset,it can be seen that breast tumors and skin tumors in dogs are high-risk tumor diseases.The comprehensive analysis of histopathological morphology combined with immunohistochemistry can effectively reduce misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Immunohistochemistry plays an important role in the diagnosis and differentiation of tumor diseases.
