标准化血细胞形态学检验在临床发热疾病中的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探究在临床发热疾病诊断中使用标准化血细胞形态学检验的价值。方法:选取上海市嘉定区中医医院2023年4月至2024年4月收治的发热疾病患者80例作为研究组,同期健康体检的健康人80例作为对照组,所有对象均接受标准化血细胞形态学检验,对比两组相关指标情况。结果:研究组血细胞指标情况均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组血细胞形态异常情况总检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将标准化血细胞形态学检验应用在临床发热疾病中具有较高诊断意义,可通过血细胞指标情况明确发热症状,通过血细胞的形态变化初步判断患者疾病类型,有助于为后续治疗的实施提供依据。Objective:To explore the value of standardized blood cell morphology test in clinical diagnosis of fever.Methods:A total of 80 patients with fever disease admitted to Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study group,and 80 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.All objects were subjected to standardized blood cell morphology test,and the relevant indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:Blood cell indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total detection rate of abnormal blood cell morphology in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized blood cell morphology test has a high diagnostic signifi cance in clinical fever diseases,which can clarify fever symptoms by blood cell indicators and preliminarily determine the disease type of patients by blood cell morphological changes,which is helpful to provide basis for the implementation of follow-up treatment.
