儿科急诊小儿肺炎营养支持护理方法研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合营养支持护理在儿科急诊小儿肺炎中的应用效果,分析其对肺功能改善、营养状态提升及护理满意度的影响,为临床护理工作提供科学依据。方法将2023年3月至2024年3月我院收治的60例小儿肺炎患儿按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,内容包括病情监测、基础护理和一般饮食指导;观察组在常规护理基础上增加综合营养支持护理,包括营养评估、个性化饮食指导、心理支持及健康宣教。通过肺部影像学检查、血清白蛋白水平检测及护理满意度问卷评估两组干预效果。结果观察组患儿的肺功能改善率为86.7%,显著高于对照组的63.3%(P<0.05);血清白蛋白水平(65.2±3.8 g/L)较对照组(58.6±4.2 g/L)显著提升(P<0.05);护理满意度为90.0%,明显优于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论综合营养支持护理可有效改善小儿肺炎患儿的肺功能和营养状态,提高护理满意度,对疾病的快速康复具有显著促进作用,值得在临床护理中推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nutritional support nursing in pediatric emergency pneumonia,analyze its impact on lung function improvement,nutritional status enhancement,and nursing satisfaction,and provide scientific basis for clinical nursing work.Method:Sixty pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine care,including disease monitoring,basic care,and general dietary guidance;The observation group added comprehensive nutritional support nursing on the basis of routine nursing,including nutritional assessment,personalized dietary guidance,psychological support,and health education.Evaluate the intervention effects of two groups through pulmonary imaging examination,serum albumin level detection,and nursing satisfaction questionnaire.The improvement rate of lung function in the observation group was 86.7%,significantly higher than the control group's 63.3%(P<0.05);The serum albumin level(65.2±3.8 g/L)was significantly increased compared to the control group(58.6±4.2 g/L)(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate was 90.0%,significantly better than the control group's 70.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nutritional support nursing can effectively improve the lung function and nutritional status of children with pneumonia,increase nursing satisfaction,and have a significant promoting effect on the rapid recovery of the disease.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical nursing.
