摘 要:在医院建筑运维管理过程中会产生大量数据,本文以系统功能集成、提高对各维度的信息利用率为目的,以医院建筑运维管理数据和三维建筑信息模型(BIM)为基础,结合建筑运维管理需求构建数据驱动的医院建筑智慧运维可视化管理平台;通过分析医院建筑智慧运维管理功能模块和实现流程,提出基于物联网(IoT)关系数据库和BIM模型,并依据施工运营建筑信息交换标准(COBie)提出动静态拆分的运维管理数据结构和数据集成方法;阐述医院建筑运维管理数据与BIM模型关联可视化展示的关键技术和实现路径,并基于南京某医院建筑进行案例应用展示和验证,为医院建筑运维管理提供思路和方案。In the process of operation and maintenance management for hospital buildings,a large amount of data is generated.This study aims to integrate system functions and improve the utilization of information across various dimensions.Based on hospital building operation and maintenance management data and the 3D Building Information Modeling(BIM),a data-driven smart operation and maintenance visualization management platform for hospital buildings was constructed,aligning with the needs of building operation and maintenance management.By analyzing the functional modules and implementation processes of smart operation and maintenance management for hospital buildings,a dynamic-static split structure for operation and maintenance management data and a data integration method were proposed,based on Internet of Things(IoT)relational databases and the Construction Operations Building Information Exchange(COBie)data standard.Key technologies and implementation pathways for associating and visually displaying hospital building operation and maintenance management data with the BIM model were outlined,and a case study application and verification were conducted on a hospital building in Nanjing,providing an approach and solution for hospital building operation and maintenance management.
