摘 要:随着无人平台的迅速发展、战场设备种类的几何式增长,传统集中式的用频决策在决策效率、应对突发情况及时性方面都面临较大挑战,各作战平台/设备的自主用频决策的效果直接取决于共同认知的频谱策略,从概念内涵及策略要素方面对频谱策略进行介绍,结合用频决策模型及用频决策算法分析了频谱策略在自主用频决策的各阶段发挥的作用。仿真实验表明该方法更贴近设备特点及实际应用,降低了决策过程的复杂性,实时性强且便于解释,是实现自主用频决策的有效途径。With the rapid development of UAV and the geometric growth of battlefield equipment,the tradi⁃tional centralized frequency decision-making faces great challenges,such as decision-making efficiency and time⁃less in dealing with emergencies.The effect of autonomous frequency decision of combat platforms or equipment directly depends on the electromagnetic spectrum strategy based on jointly recognized.The electromagnetic spec⁃trum strategy is introduced from concept connotation and strategy elements,and the role of electromagnetic spec⁃trum strategy in each stage of autonomous frequency decision is analyzed by combing frequency decision model and decision algorithm.Simulation results show that this method is more suitable for equipment characteristics and application experience,has better real-time performance and is easy to explain.It is an effective method to re⁃alize autonomous frequency decision-making.
