基于CiteSpace的高血压阳气亢逆证候知识图谱可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:了解高血压阳气亢逆证这一领域的研究热点及现状,为今后分析高血压阳气亢逆证提供研究思路和参考,并明确研究方向。方法:采用软件CiteSpace 6.1.R3C软件对中国知网(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WanFang Data)自建库至2022年11月25日关于高血压阳气亢逆有关的文献进行计量学分析,并通过可视化分析展现高血压阳气亢逆证研究趋势。结果:共纳入1881篇文献,年发文量呈波动式上升趋势,在2019年最高达146篇,包括392位作者,发文量最多的是李运伦,核心作者共42位。涉及294家机构,山东中医药大学、山东中医药大学附属医院、中南大学湘雅医院、湖南中医药大学等为主要研究机构。纳入596个关键词,高频关键词图谱和关键词聚类分析显示对于该领域的研究主要集中在辨证分型、治疗方法、临床研究、机制研究等方面。结论:中医药治疗高血压阳气亢逆证候的临床研究将持续成为研究的热点;高血压阳气亢逆证候在微观机制、临床诊疗等方面均有较大的研究空间和价值,今后可通过借助多机构合作方式以开展深入研究。Objective:To understand the research hotspots and current situation in the field of hypertension with Yang-qi hyperactivity syndrome,so as to provide research ideas and reference for the future research direction.Methods:The CiteSpace6.1R3C software was used to analyze the literatures of hypertension with Yang-qi hyperactivity syndrome from the establishment of China knowledge Network(CNKI),Chinese Sci-tech Journals Database(VIP)and Chinese academic Journals Database(WanFang Data)to November 25,2022.The research trend of hypertension with Yang-Qi hyperactivity syndrome of hypertension was analyzed by visual analysis.Results:A total of 1881 literatures were included,and the author with annual publication volume showed a fluctuating upward trend.In 2019,it reached a maximum of 146 articles,including 392 authors.The most published articles was Li Yunlun,There were 42 core authors.Involving 294 institutions,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Xiangya Hospital of Central South University,and Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the main research institutions.Five hundred ninety-six keywords were included,and the high-frequency keyword map and keyword cluster analysis showed that the research focused on syndrome differentiation,treatment methods,clinical research,and mechanism research.Conclusion:The clinical research for the treatment of hypertension with Yang-qi hyperactivity syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine will continue to be a research hotspot.Hypertensive yang hyperactivity syndrome shows great research space and value in microscopic mechanism,clinical diagnosis and treatment,etc.Further studies could be carried out in-depth research by means of multi-agency cooperation.
