摘 要:以顶置式驻车空调安装在导流罩内为例,通过仿真研究不同气流组织对空调回风温度的影响。结果表明,对于上出风、后部和侧面回风的方式,导流罩内存在严重的回风短路问题,回风温度在40℃以上,随着导流罩开口高度和车厢与导流罩间隙减小,回风温度升高、回风短路问题加剧。侧回风口回风短路较后回风口严重,其平均温度也比后回风口温度高约(5~7)℃。改善导流罩内气流组织,通过改变出风和回风风口,平均回风温度下降了(5~8)℃,且更接近环境温度(35℃),解决了回风短路问题。Taking the installation of the top mounted truck parking air conditioner inside the wind deflector as an example,the influence of different airflow organizations on the return air temperature of the air conditioner is studied through simulation.The results indicate that there is a serious problemof exhaust air backflowtothe inlet,for the ways of upper air outlet,rear and side air inlet,and the return air temperature is above 40℃.As the opening height of the wind deflector and the gap between the carriage and the wind deflector decrease,the return air temperature increases and the problemof exhaust air backflow to the inlet intensifies.For this issue,the side air inlet is more severe than the rear air inlet,and its average temperature is about(5~7)℃higher than that of the rear return air inlet.Improving the airflow organization inside the wind deflector,by changing the air outlet and return air inlet,the average return air temperature decreased by(5~8)℃and was closer to the ambient temperature(35℃),solving the problem of high return air temperature for the air conditioner installed inside the wind deflector.
