摘  要:为了研究特厚煤层综放开采沿空掘巷煤柱宽度对围岩变形、巷道挤压变形、煤壁片帮等带来的影响,以晋能控股煤业集团同忻煤矿山西有限公司8202综放工作面回风巷为研究背景,根据煤矿实际地质条件,结合极限平衡理论公式计算得出合理的煤柱宽度。通过采用FLAC 3D 6.0数值模拟软件建立三维计算模型,模拟煤层开挖以及沿空掘巷不同煤柱宽度下垂直应力分布和位移场变化,得出最佳煤柱宽度为10 m。通过相似模拟实验得出10 m煤柱宽度下巷道顶板下沉约261 mm,煤柱变形量约211 mm,变形均在允许范围内,验证了10 m煤柱宽度的合理性。To investigate the influence of coal pillar width of gob-side entry driving in fully mechanized caving face in extra thick coal seam on the surrounding rock deformation,roadway squeezing deformation,and coal wall spalling,Taking the return airway of 8202 fully mechanized caving face in Jinneng Holding Coal Group Tongxin Coal Mine Shanxi Co.,Ltd.as research background,based on the practical geological conditions,reasonable coal pillar width was calculated by limit equilibrium theory formula.A three-dimensional computational model was constructed by using FLAC 3D 6.0 numerical simulation software to simulate coal seam excavation and the variation in vertical stress distribution and displacement field with different coal pillar widths in gob-side entry retaining,which achieved the optimal coal pillar width of 10 m.Similar simulation experiments validated that the roadway roof sank by about 261 mm with a coal pillar width of 10 m,when the deformation of the coal pillar was about 211 mm.The deformations were within the allowable range,verifying the rationality of the 10 m coal pillar width.
