摘  要:在工业生产过程中异步电动机优势显著,在应用过程中多是实现可变量多耦合性强的非线性电动机系统中,但因为非线性阶数高不能够得到广泛的应用,因此对于传统的设计过程中,精确度的控制也面临巨大的挑战。对于多种方法可以实现对电动机速度提升的方案中,是现在研究的最关键的地方。本设计主要是应用转子矢量控制和转子磁链进行详细的分析,从而提高数学建模控制的精确度,完成完全解耦设计。首先在对于调速方面进行简单的说明,后续对于引用的控制方法进行简单的分析和比较,在设计的过程中可以通过坐标的变换来实现数学模型建立,在通过算法以及空间交流的实现,进行简单的空间转换过程,因此在速度调试方面实现精准的控制说明,在理论分析的基础上实现软件仿真的应用,运用仿真平台实现模型的调整分析,在不同情况作用下可以实现速度波形的应用控制,验证控制性能。The induction motor has significant advantages in industrial production process and are often used in nonlinear motor systems with strong variable multi-coupling application,but it can not be widely used because of high nonlinear order.Therefore,the precision control in traditional design processes is also facing huge challenges.Among the various methods,the scheme of improving motor speed is the most critical research area currently.The main purpose of this design is to carry out the detailed analysis by applying the rotor vector control and rotor flux linkage,privately improve the accuracy of mathematical modeling control and thus complete the fully-decoupled design.Firstly,this paper provides a brief explanation on the speed regulation,and then briefly analyzes and compares the referenced control method.In the design process,the mathematical models can be established through the coordinate transformation,and a simple spatial transformation process can be achieved through the algorithm and spatial communication.Therefore,the precise control instruction can be achieved in aspect of speed debugging,and the software simulation application can be implemented based on the theoretical analysis.By using a simulation platform to adjust and analyze the model,the application control of speed waveform can be achieved under different conditions,and the control performance can be verified.
