民族自决向中华民族共同体构建的转型及其时代价值

摘　　要：20世纪初,随着社会主义从理论形态迈向实践形态,世界无产阶级革命迈入新阶段,马克思主义民族理论面临着新境况,列宁民族自决权理论应运而生。这一理论不仅在俄国革命与社会主义建设过程中发挥了重要作用,而且唤醒了广大殖民地、半殖民地国家的民族解放运动。中国共产党的成立,开启了中华民族构建中国式自主民族理论的征程。中国共产党汲取了列宁民族自决权理论的有益成果并对之进行创造性转化、创新性发展,完成了由“民族自决”向中华民族共同体构建的转变。这是将马克思主义民族理论与中国实践以及中华优秀传统文化相结合的必然结果。在这一转化发展过程中,中国共产党逐渐凝结出符合新时代民族事业发展的全新理念--中华民族共同体意识。As socialism moved from theoretical form to practical form in the early 20th century,the world proletarian revolution entered a new stage,Marxist ethnic theory faced a new situation and Lenin’s theory of the right of nations to self-determination came into being.This theory not only played an important role in the process of Russian revolution and socialist construction,but also provoked the national liberation movement among the vast majority of colonial and semi-colonial countries.The founding of the CPC(Communist Party of China)marked the start of the journey of building an ethnic theory with the Chinese characteristics for the Chinese nation.The CPC has absorbed the beneficial achievements and carried out creative transformation and innovative development based on Lenin’s theory of the right of nations to self-determination,completing the transition from“national self-determination”to the construction of a community for the Chinese nation,which is an inevitable result of combining Marxist ethnic theory with the Chinese practice and excellent traditional Chinese culture.In this process of transformation and development,the CPC has gradually condensed a brand new concept that conforms to the development of the national cause in the new era—a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
