摘 要:通过采用基于凝结水调负荷的节能型协调控制系统,提高神华万州电厂两台1050 MW超超临界火电机组的运行经济性和涉网性能。采用新型协调控制方式,通过实时调节除氧器上水调节阀的开度,动态控制凝结水流量,进而调节汽轮机抽汽量,增强机组的负荷响应能力。通过对比分析投入和未投入新系统的两台机组性能,发现投入新系统的机组在一次调频小扰动考核、AGC的K1和K3考核电量方面分别减少了45.5%、35.0%和45.7%,证实了新系统在提升机组能效和优化涉网性能方面的显著效果。This study aims to improve the operational economy and grid performance of two 1050 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired units in Shenhua Wanzhou power plant by implementing an energy-saving coordinated control system based on condensate load regulation.By adopting a new coordinated control method,the opening of the deaerator water control valve is dynamically adjusted in real time to control the condensate flow rate,thereby adjusting the steam extraction volume of the turbine and enhancing the load response capability of the unit.By comparing and analyzing the performance of two units with and without the new system,the results show that the units with the new system have reduced their electricity consumption by 45.5%,35.0%,and 45.7%in terms of primary frequency regulation small disturbance assessment,AGC K1 and K3 assessment,respectively.This confirms the significant effect of the new system in improving unit energy efficiency and optimizing grid performance.
