摘 要:针对全自动运行模式下地铁车辆段总平面布置限制因素多、安全防护级别高、智能化需求强等特点,文章以常州地铁5号线车辆段为例,对全自动运行模式下车辆段总平面布置及智能运维系统等设计关键要点进行研究。通过对5号线车辆段控制因素、总平面布置、全自动运行车辆段特点进行分析,进而给出车辆段总平面布置优化建议。分析传统车辆段检修存在的问题,对智能运维系统的系统架构、平台-网络关系、接口要求及应用效果、轮对经济性镟修等设计方案进行研究。相关研究成果可为类似全自动运行车辆段设计提供参考和借鉴。Targeting at the characteristics of multiple limiting factors,high safety protection level and strong demand for intelligence in the overall plane layout of the depot under fully automated operation mode,and taking the depot of Changzhou metro line 5 as an example,this article studies the key design points of the overall plane layout and intelligent operation and maintenance system of the depot under fully automated operation mode.By analyzing the control factors,overall plane layout and characteristics of the fully automated operation depot of line 5,optimization suggestions for the overall plane layout of the depot are provided.The issues in the maintenance of the depot are analyzed,and the design schemes of system architecture,platform-network relationship,interface requirements and application effects of the intelligent operation and maintenance system,as well as the economic reprofiling of wheelsets are studied.The relevant research results could provide reference and inspiration for the design of similar fully automated operation depots.
