摘  要:为降低9305综采工作面SGZ 1000/2100型刮板输送机在运行期间断链故障影响并提高刮板输送机运行可靠性,构建了刮板输送机断链监测系统并进行现场应用。依据刮板两端位移差、机头机尾电机电流差确定是否存在断链故障;依靠定位传感器推测断链位置,详细对断链监测系统硬件及软件进行设计。工程应用后有效提升了采面刮板输送机运行效率及可靠性,设备故障排查及处理耗时降幅约15%,设备开机时长增加约10%,工程应用效果显著。In order to reduce the impact of chain break fault of SGZ 1000/200 scraper conveyor in 9305 fully mechanized mining face and improve the reliability of scraper conveyor operation,a chain break monitoring system of the scraper conveyor was constructed and applied in the field.According to the displacement difference between the two ends of the scraper and the current difference between the head and tail motor,it was determined whether there was a chain break fault;the chain break position was inferred relying on the positioning sensor,and the hardware and software of the chain break monitoring system were designed in detail After the engineering application,the operation efficiency and reliability of the scraper conveyor on the mining face were effectively improved,the time spent on equipment fault troubleshooting and processing was reduced by about 15%,and the equipment startup time was increased by about 10%,so the engineering application effect was remarkable.
