摘 要:本文基于净水机产品的应用场景及其失效退机分析,采用故障复现试验找到失效点。进一步通过DPA分析不同结构的接头,定位到漏水的失效根因是接头的卡爪定位结构设计不良。故优化接头的卡爪为四角分离结构,且改用双O密封来提升动密封性。通过不同水压的密封性验证、PE管插拔力配合验证及水锤寿命试验,验证了设计方案可行且有效,有助于净水机用接头密封技术的发展。This article bases on analysis of the application scenario of the water purifier and its failure machine,and the failure point is found by the fault repetition test.Further through destructive physical analysis and analysis of connectors of different structures,the failure cause of water leakage is found to be the poor design structure of the connector claw.So the claw structure was optimized to the four-corner separation structure,and the double-O seal structure was used to improve the dynamic sealing performance.The feasibility and effectiveness of the design were verified by the sealing of different water pressure,PE tube insertion and withdrawal force coordination and water hammer life test.It has been proved by the market to effectively improve the reliability of the connector and will improve the development of joint sealing technology of water purifiers.
