摘 要:为保障航空电子设备在“三高”海洋环境下长期服役安全可靠运行。本文研究了三亚热带海洋自然环境下,5种不同模拟舱段的腐蚀严酷情况。对比分析了不同停放区域、不同舱段环境试验件的腐蚀速率,以及舱段的腐蚀环境因素及其量值特点。结果表明,户外环境盐雾沉积量和腐蚀严重程度均最高,试验件盐雾沉积量达到测量上限(1000 mg/m^(2))次数最多,腐蚀厚度为261.8μm,平台封闭舱环境腐蚀严重程度最低,试验件盐雾沉积量最大值仅559.2 mg/m^(2),腐蚀厚度为5.3μm。腐蚀环境严酷程度为户外>潮差封闭舱>潮差半封闭舱>平台半封闭舱>平台封闭舱。本文对航空电子装备性能预测与耐候性分析提供了有效可靠的科学理论与数据支撑,未来可以对不同舱段环境下的凝露行为机理开展进一步分析研究。To ensure the long-term safe and reliable operation of aviation electronic equipment in the“three highs”marine environment,this paper studies the corrosion severity of five different simulated cabin sections in the tropical marine natural environment of Sanya.The corrosion rates of different parking areas and different cabin section environmental test pieces were compared and analyzed,as well as the characteristics of the corrosion environment factors and their quantity values.The results show that the outdoor environment has the highest salt fog deposition and corrosion severity,with the test pieces reaching the measurement limit(1000 mg/m2)for salt fog deposition the most times,and the corrosion thickness is 261.8μm.The platform enclosed cabin environment has the lowest corrosion severity,with the maximum salt fog deposition of the test pieces only 559.2 mg/m2,and the corrosion thickness is 5.3μm.The severity of the corrosion environment is outdoor>tidal enclosed cabin>tidal semi-enclosed cabin>platform semi-enclosed cabin>platform enclosed cabin.This paper provides effective and reliable scientific theory and data support for the performance prediction and weather resistance analysis of aviation electronic equipment,and further analysis and research on the condensation behavior mechanism under different cabin section environments can be carried out in the future.
