摘  要:一体式框架是交通锥收放装置的主要承载结构,采用ANSYS Workbench对其进行动态特性仿真,研究一体式框架在各种振动激励下对交通锥收放装置的影响情况,验证一体式框架结构是否满足工作要求。通过预应力模态分析方法提取其固有频率,分析各阶频率振型,同时与发动机激励产生的振动频率结果进行对比,获取一体式框架可能发生共振的频率值,分析其振动情况。利用功率谱密度对其进行随机振动分析,获取3 Sigma变形云图及关键位置处各轴间的位移频率响应、幅值及均方根。结果表明,在各种激励下一体式框架不会影响交通锥收放装置收放稳定性,满足实际工作要求。The integrated framework is the main bearing structure of the traffic cone retractable device.ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the integrated framework.The influence of the integrated framework on the traffic cone retractable device under various vibration excitations is studied to verify whether the integrated framework structure meets the working requirements.Through the prestressed modal analysis method,the natural frequency is extracted,and the vibration modes of each order are analyzed.At the same time,the vibration frequency results generated by the engine excitation are compared to obtain the frequency value of the possible resonance of the integrated framework,and the vibration situation is analyzed.The power spectral density was used to analyze the random vibration,and the 3 Sigma deformation cloud map and the displacement frequency response,amplitude and root mean square of each axis at the key position were obtained.The results show that the integrated framework will not affect the stability of the traffic cone retractable device under various excitations,and meet the actual work requirements.
