摘 要:旨在研究华能西固区河口镇80 MW光伏发电项目中的机电工程施工技术与质量控制,研究内容涵盖基础施工、机电设备安装、电缆敷设及接线、铁塔组立安装等技术,并重点介绍了八旋翼无人机展放导引绳技术和成品定制转角压顶技术。结果表明,采用预制舱模块化变电站方案和无人机导引技术,显著提高了施工效率和质量,降低了施工风险和人力成本,为类似复杂地形新能源项目的施工提供了可行的技术方案和质量控制方法,有助于推动新能源项目的高效、稳定发展,为区域经济和社会进步提供一定的技术支持。This paper aims to study the construction technology and quality control of mechanical and electrical engineering in the 80 MW photovoltaic power generation project in Hekou Town,Huaneng Xigu District.The research content covers basic construction,mechanical and electrical equipment installation,cable laying and wiring,tower assembly and installation,and focuses on the introduction of the eight rotor unmanned aerial vehicle deployment guide rope technology and the customized corner pressing technology for finished products.The results show that the use of prefabricated modular substation scheme and unmanned aerial vehicle guidance technology significantly improves construction efficiency and quality,reduces construction risks and labor costs,and provides feasible technical solutions and quality control methods for the construction of new energy projects with similar complex terrain.It helps to promote the efficient and stable development of new energy projects and provides certain technical support for regional economic and social progress.
