摘　　要：该文详细探讨了新型电力系统辅助服务的分类及其市场化获取机制。随着中国加速构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统,各类市场参与者需要提供更多丰富和多样化的辅助服务,以确保电力系统的稳定运行、电能质量和清洁能源的消纳。该文将新型电力系统辅助服务分为“清洁促消”“电能质量”“安全稳定”三类,分别描述了不同辅助服务的市场化获取、衔接机制的特点和难点,并分析了辅助服务的分摊和补偿机制。最后,对电能和辅助服务市场化获取机制的未来研究方向进行了展望。研究成果对于新型电力系统辅助服务市场机制设计具有一定的参考价值。The paper provides an in-depth discussion on the classification of ancillary services in the new power system and their market-based procurement mechanisms.As China accelerates the construction of a new power system dominated by renewable energy,various market participants are required to provide a wider range of more diversified ancillary services to ensure the stable operation of the power grid,the quality of electricity supply,and the absorption of clean energy.The paper classifies the ancillary services in the new power system into three categories:clean energy consumption promotion,power quality,and system security and stability.It describes the characteristics and challenges of market-based procurement and coordination mechanisms for each type of ancillary service and analyzes the allocation and compensation mechanisms for these services.Finally,the paper explores future research directions for the market-based procurement mechanisms of electricity and ancillary services.The research outcomes offer valuable insights for the design of market mechanisms for ancillary services in the new power system.
