药物涂层球囊治疗下肢动脉闭塞的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察药物涂层球囊(drug-coated balloon,DCB)治疗下肢动脉闭塞的效果。方法:选取盐城市第三人民医院2017年1月—2022年12月收治的100例下肢动脉闭塞患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予传统球囊扩张(plain old balloon angioplasty,POBA)治疗,观察组使用DCB进行治疗。比较两组的手术成功率、最小管腔直径(minimum lumen diameter,MLD)、踝肱指数(ankle-brachial index,ABI)、并发症及不良事件发生率。结果:观察组的手术成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组MLD和ABI均高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组并发症及不良事件发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:DCB治疗下肢动脉闭塞的效果显著,能够提高手术成功率,改善患者的血管再通情况及下肢功能,减少并发症及不良事件发生率。Objective:To observe the effect of drug-coated balloon(DCB)on lower extremity arterial occlusion.Method:A total of 100 patients with lower extremity arterial occlusion admitted to Yancheng Third People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with plain old balloon angioplasty(POBA),while the observation group was treated with DCB.The surgery success rate,minimum lumen diameter(MLD),ankle-brachial index(ABI),complications,and adverse event rates were compared between the two groups.Result:The surgery success rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,MLD and ABI in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications and adverse events in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:DCB has a significant effect in the treatment of lower extremity arterial occlusion,which can improve the success rate of surgery,improve the vascular recalculation and lower limb function of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications and adverse events.
