六联卡检验在围绝经期及绝经后女性细菌性阴道病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:比较六联卡检验在围绝经期及绝经后女性细菌性阴道病(bacterial vaginosis,BV)的诊断结果。方法:选取2021年6月—2024年6月于张家港市第三人民医院接受检查的围绝经期女性55例(围绝经期组)和绝经后女性55例(绝经组)为研究对象。采用阴道分泌物六联卡检验,比较两组BV检出率、阴道pH值、β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)阳性率、线索细胞检出率、白细胞增多情况。结果:绝经组的BV检出率、阴道pH值、NAG阳性率、线索细胞检出率均高于围绝经期组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组白细胞增多占比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与围绝经期女性比较,绝经后女性应用六联卡检验的BV检出率更高,且阴道pH值、NAG阳性率、线索细胞检出率均较高。Objective:To compare the diagnostic results of bacterial vaginosis(BV)in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women with six-panel test.Method:A total of 55 perimenopausal women(perimenopausal group)and 55 postmenopausal women(postmenopausal group)who underwent examinations at Zhangjiagang Third People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected as study subjects.Vaginal secretion samples were tested using the six-panel test,and the detection rate of BV,vaginal pH,the positive rate ofβ-n-acetylglucosaminase(NAG),the detection rate of clue cells and leukocytosis were compared between the two groups.Result:The BV detection rate,vaginal pH value,NAG positivity rate and clue cell detection rate in the postmenopausal group were higher than those in the perimenopausal group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of leukocytosis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with perimenopausal women,postmenopausal women have higher detection rate of BV by using six-panel test,and higher detection rate of vaginal pH,NAG positive rate and detection rate of cue cells.
