立磨机与球磨机在会泽铅锌矿再磨作业的对比试验研究

摘  要:会泽铅锌矿选矿厂存在磨矿产品粒度组成不合理及有用矿物单体解离度较低的问题。为提高再磨产品质量,进行了立磨机与球磨机再磨对比试验研究,试验研究结果表明立磨机磨矿适宜的产品细度为-0.045 mm占69.47%,方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿解离度(3/4以上)分别达到90.74%、92.33%、96.46%,对比球磨机磨矿分别提高1.27、1.48和2.15个百分点。立磨机相对于球磨机在再磨作业可提高磨矿产品质量。The Huize lead-zinc ore mineral processing plant has an unreasonable granularity composition of grinding minerals and a low single separation degree of valuable minerals.The contrast experimental investigations of the vertical mill and ball mill were carried out to increase the quality of regrinding products,the experimental study results show:that the proper grinding product fineness for the vertical mill is-0.045 mm,accounting for 69.47%,the liberation degree(more than 3/4)of galena,sphalerite,pyrite separately is 90.74%,92.33%,96.46%,compared to ball mill,the ore grinding efficiency increased 1.27%,1.48%and 2.15%separately.The regrinding operation of the vertical mill can increase the ore grinding product quality compared to the ball mill.
